This twenty axle schnabel car is owned by Contractors Cargo Company, and managed by HLI Rail & Rigging. The car has recently completed a $1,000,000 refurbishment.

The car was originally buit for General Electric, by NORCA Machinery Corp. in May of 1971.

The first delivery, of the rebuilt car was made on Feburary 18, 2010 with an 848,000 pound transformer to the Sandy Creek Power Plant near Waco, Texas. The shipment originated at the Port of Houston. The photos were taken by Wade Beard of HLI Rail & Rigging.
