ON THE COVER The Southerner" comes to a special "stop at "Dollar Children" station on the Birmingham Division about one mile west of Waco, Georgia. Waiting to board the train are Mrs. Charles H. Dollar, the five Dollar children, and members of the ladies auxiliaries of the four operating Brotherhoods. The party is on its way to Birmingham.
