More than just a ticket seller, a Southern ticket agent is a specialist in' transportation. His knowledge of routes and schedules is put to use many times a day arranging trips for passengers.
Noel J. Spicuzza, ticket agent for the Southern at New Orleans is shown serving Miss Ethel C. Mauberret of that city in arranging travel plans. In doing so, he is representative of the many others on the Southern whose help to passenger-customers makes their trips pleasurable even be- fore they board their trains.
